The CBC of Brevard system of care is a family centered, strength-based continuum of care designed by the local community to address the unique needs of Brevard’s children and families. It is a rationale continuum from entry to exit that seeks to ensure early identification of need, inclusion of informal and natural supports, family centered practice and the safety, permanency, and well-being of those entrusted to our care.
